All accompanying paperwork that leaves our warehouse will display your company logo, company name, and contact details, enabling you to keep a one-to-one relationship with your customer. There is no indication that Net 1on1 Wholesale Ltd has dispatched their order. By not investing time and money into stock until you have already made the sale, you are freeing up cash flow and manpower for other activities in your business.

How Do I Place An Order?

We offer an easy ordering system whereby you can either manually add your order items (one at a time) or by an automated order import facility via our API (Application Programming Interface). This will allow orders to be pulled in from your site’s back end, and when processed, confirmation that the order has been sent out, together with the tracking information, is sent back. We support the following popular e-commerce platforms at present for this: Magento & Woocommerce. You can pay for each order individually or use our Batch Payment Processor and pay for all orders at once. Once your order has reached this stage, it will be saved on our system. When you have paid for your orders, you can print your invoice/s for your own records. Our system will generate a customised dispatch note which will go out to our warehouse for packing and shipping to your customer.

Is There A Minimum Order Quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity or spend for Dropship customers

What will it cost?

You pay our standard wholesale price for goods (as displayed on this site), plus postage and packing costs (passed on to your customer) as detailed below.

Example:

  • £10 order plus tracked delivery (£2.95) = £12.95 + VAT
  • £20 order plus next day delivery (£5.95) = £25.95 + VAT
  • £25 order plus European delivery (£10.00) = £35.00 + VAT

You will be given a choice of delivery during the checkout process – please ensure you choose the correct shipping method.

Please note that certain items may incur additional charges. If this is the case, you will be contacted before any additional charge being made.

What are the costs associated with dropshipping?

There are no additional costs associated with our drop ship service. You can simply apply for a free account, log in, see the product prices, and pay what you see for the product. You will also pay the cost of shipping and then VAT on the whole order.

How much money will I make?

You can make a very successful business using our drop ship service. But like anything, with dropshipping, the more you put in, the more you get out of it.

In terms of margins that you can expect to make on orders, it varies from brand to brand and product to product. Below are some examples of what you can expect to make on certain products.

Is there a MOQ?

If you have set up a drop ship account then you won’t have a minimum order quantity or minimum order value. This means that you can buy as little as you like at no extra cost! All you will need to do is pay for the cost of the product, cost of shipping and VAT.

Can I get a discount?

There is no discount available for our drop shipping service, however, you can still benefit from savings in our sale or offers page. So make sure that you take a look there as you may want to update your prices to make them look more enticing to your customers!

How can I pay?

As we like to make placing an order as easy as possible, we take a variety of different payment methods. These include:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit or debit card
  • Pay later with batch pay

Our pay later with batch pay service allows you to pay for all your drop ship orders together in one fell swoop. So if you have multiple orders a day and want to save a bit of time, then this payment method is perfect for you.

If you want to pay with American Express then you should be able to do this through PayPal.

Can I get credit terms?

No, I am afraid that we do not offer credit terms for drop ship customers. However, you can pre-load a balance to your account which we can take off each time you place an order. Alternatively, we can save a card to file and take payment each time an order comes into us.

How long is delivery?

Delivery times depend on where the delivery is going and when it will be delivered. Typical delivery times for our popular services are:

  • Royal Mail Tracked delivery – usually takes between 3-5 working days*
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery – arrives within 1-2 days*
  • UK Mail Next day service – next working day (UK mainland only) (Saturday-Sunday excluded)
  • Royal Mail Tracked European service*– usually takes between 3-10 working days*
  • Royal Mail Tracked Rest of the World:**-Usually takes between 7-10 working Days

*these are not guaranteed times, and orders can come into delays. However, all orders are given tracking so you will be able to follow your parcels journey.

What does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery depends on which service you choose. The services we offer are:

  • Royal Mail Tracked delivery 48 = £2.95 + VAT
  • Royal Mail Tracked delivery 24 = £4.95 + VAT
  • UK Mail Next working day service = £5.95 + VAT
  • Royal Mail Tracked European service* = £10.00 + VAT
  • Royal Mail Tracked Rest Of The World* = £19.95 +VAT

*If the order being shipped to Europe weighs over 2 kg then you will be charged extra. The cost of shipping will depend on the country it is being shipped too.
**If the order is being shipped on rest of world service and weighs more than 1.5 kg, then the cost of shipping will again be higher. This will also be country-specific.

Can I use drop shipping to sell on marketplaces?

Yes, although some marketplaces do not want you too.

Marketplaces like eBay and Amazon both restrict who can sell adult products on them, so before setting up an account with us you must double-check with them to see if you can get approval.

What happens if the customer wants to return their order?

If your customer wants to return an order they should contact you and let you know the reason for the return. Net1on1 does not operate a sale or return policy, as such goods returned will remain your property. If the product is faulty, we will be happy to send a replacement or exchange the product.
If you want to return the product as unwanted then we will charge a 25% restocking fee on the cost of the product, and the goods must be unused, in their original condition that they were sent out in, and they must be returned within 14 days.
