Dropship Returns Policy
There are two main reasons why goods may be returned. Net1on1 likes to be as accomodating as possible and will be happy to help in any way. The main return reasons are:
If your customer no longer wants the goods, and they are sent back to us then we will happily accept them. However, products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, providing the goods meet the following restrictions:
- The goods are unused
- The goods are in their original packaging and condition (including shrink wrapping, seals, etc)
- The goods are returned within 14 days of the order
If we believe the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
If the item is supplied in sealed packaging and returned opened, then we shall not refund or exchange the product.
If the goods are returned as unwanted, then the cost of the return falls on you or your customer.
Unfortunately, now and then goods come back to us as faulty. If this is the case then Net1on1 will be happy to send out a replacement to your customer free of charge. We do however require your customer to ship the faulty item back to us so we can confirm the fault.
If the product is returned and appears to be in full working condition then Net1on1 will contact you to find out how you would like to proceed, however, they will not send a replacement or refund you the cost of the product or shipping.
Please also note, any credit notes issued must be used within 6 months of issue date.
